  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

  • 1/4 cup bell pepper, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup honey mustard (for glazing)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, milk, honey mustard, egg, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a loaf pan and shape it into a loaf.
  5. Spread the additional honey mustard on top of the meatloaf.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 45-50 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
