- 1 cup broccoli florets

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, garlic, and soy sauce to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
- Add sliced chicken to the pan and cook until browned.
- Add bell pepper and broccoli to the pan and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
- Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken and vegetables, stirring to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste and serve hot.
