- 90 g Mehl (flour)
- 1 TL Vanilleextrakt (vanilla extract)
- 1 EL Öl zum Braten (oil for frying)
- Sweetener of choice (e.g., maple syrup, stevia, honey)
- Optional for serving: Powdered sugar, fresh berries
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Magerquark and eggs until smooth.
- Slowly incorporate the flour and baking powder, stirring gently to eliminate lumps.
- Add the vanilla extract and sweetener to taste.
- Heat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat, adding a drizzle of oil.
- Using a spoon or ice cream scoop, drop the mixture into the pan, spacing them evenly.
- Cook for about 3-4 minutes on one side until golden brown.
- Flip carefully and cook for a few more minutes.
- Serve warm, dusted with powdered sugar and garnished with fresh berries.
