Instructions
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
- Coat the pork tenderloin generously with the marinade.
- Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 2 hours.
- Place the marinated pork on the preheated grill.
- Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
