Succulent pork tenderloin marinated in fresh herbs and garlic, grilled to perfection for a memorable flavor experience.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound pork tenderloin
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh thyme, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Combine minced garlic, chopped fresh herbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, and lemon juice in a mixing bowl to create a marinade.
  3. Coat the pork tenderloin generously with the marinade.
  4. Let the pork marinate for at least 30 minutes, ideally up to 2 hours.
  5. Place the marinated pork on the preheated grill.
  6. Cook for 20-25 minutes, turning occasionally until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
  7. Remove the pork from the grill and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Slice, serve, and enjoy!

Notes

Marinate the pork the night before for enhanced flavor. Cooking alternatives include roasting in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for the same temperature.
