A delicious and healthy twist on the classic crunch wrap, filled with chicken and fresh ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 large whole wheat tortilla
- 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
- 1/2 cup black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1/2 cup corn, canned or frozen
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/4 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- Olive oil for cooking
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with taco seasoning.
- Lay the tortilla flat and spread Greek yogurt in the center.
- Add the seasoned chicken, black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, lettuce, and cheese on top of the yogurt.
- Fold the sides of the tortilla inwards, then roll it up tightly from the bottom to the top.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.
- Place the wrap seam-side down in the skillet and cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and crispy.
- Remove from heat, slice in half, and serve warm.
Notes
- Feel free to customize the fillings with your favorite vegetables.
- This wrap can be made ahead of time and stored in the fridge.
- For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with grilled vegetables or tofu.
