- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 bell peppers, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 onion, cut into wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
- Add the steak cubes and shrimp to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
- Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the shrimp are opaque.
- Remove from the grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
- Feel free to add other vegetables like zucchini or mushrooms for extra flavor.
