  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
  2. Add the steak cubes and shrimp to the marinade, mixing well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread the marinated steak, shrimp, bell peppers, and onion onto skewers, alternating between each ingredient.
  5. Grill the kabobs for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the steak is cooked to your desired doneness and the shrimp are opaque.
