- 1 lb grilled sausage, sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 yellow bell pepper, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parmesan cheese for serving (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the sliced onions and peppers; sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and Italian seasoning; cook for an additional minute.
- Stir in the grilled sausage and cooked pasta; mix well to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste; cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
- Serve hot, topped with Parmesan cheese if desired.
Notes
- Feel free to use any type of sausage you prefer.
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
