- 2 cloves Garlic, minced

- 1 cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
- 2 cups Spinach or Lettuce
- 1 cup Tzatziki Sauce
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken, cover, and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Cook the chicken on a preheated grill for 6-7 minutes per side or bake in the oven at 375°F for 25-30 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Prepare the tzatziki sauce by combining yogurt, grated cucumber, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and dill in a bowl, then chill.
- Layer the bowls with spinach, tomatoes, red onions, feta cheese, and sliced chicken.
