  • 200g plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons tikka masala paste
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 400g canned tomatoes
  • 200ml coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Fresh coriander, for garnish
  • Salt, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the chicken with yogurt and tikka masala paste. Marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the onion until golden brown.
  3. Add garlic and ginger, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the marinated chicken and cook until browned.
  5. Stir in the canned tomatoes and coconut milk, simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and garnish with fresh coriander before serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier dish, add more tikka masala paste.
