Instructions

  1. Mix the softened goat cheese, optional chopped rosemary and thyme, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
  2. Form the mixture into small balls or bite-sized rounds, roughly one inch in diameter.
  3. Coat each cheese ball in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
