Instructions
- Mix the softened goat cheese, optional chopped rosemary and thyme, and a pinch of salt in a medium bowl until smooth.
- Form the mixture into small balls or bite-sized rounds, roughly one inch in diameter.
- Coat each cheese ball in the chopped walnuts or pecans.
- Drizzle honey over the coated cheese bites and arrange them on a serving platter.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes (optional).
- Serve with fresh fruit slices, crackers, or toasted bread.
