- 4 slices of bacon, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream

Instructions
- Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions until they float, then drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, cook the chopped bacon over medium heat until crispy. Remove from heat and drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, eggs, and grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Add the cooked gnocchi to the skillet with bacon and pour the cream mixture over it.
- Stir everything together over low heat until the sauce thickens and coats the gnocchi.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.

- For a lighter version, you can use half-and-half instead of heavy cream.
