  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking dish with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the rolled oats, almond flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, and spices.
  3. In another bowl, combine the brewed coffee, maple syrup, and molasses.
  4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until well combined.

  6. Spread the mixture evenly in the prepared baking dish.
