- 1 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C).
- In a bowl, mix together orange juice, honey, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, black pepper, and salt to create the glaze.
- Place the turkey in a roasting pan and brush the glaze all over the turkey, reserving some for basting.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven, basting every 30 minutes with the reserved glaze.
- Cook until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C), about 3-4 hours.
- Let the turkey rest for 20-30 minutes before carving.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

- For a more intense flavor, marinate the turkey in the glaze overnight.
- Ensure the turkey is fully thawed before cooking.
