- 2 cups cooked General Tso’s chicken
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup sesame dressing
Instructions
- Warm the flour tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side.
- In a bowl, combine the cooked General Tso’s chicken, shredded lettuce, shredded carrots, and chopped green onions.
- Drizzle sesame dressing over the mixture and toss to combine.
- Place a generous amount of the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Wrap the tortillas tightly around the filling, folding in the sides as you roll.
- Slice the wraps in half and serve immediately.
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add sliced jalapeños to the filling.
- These wraps can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
- Serve with extra sesame dressing on the side for dipping.
