Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of bread
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Slice the loaf of bread into sections without cutting all the way through.
  4. Stuff the mozzarella cheese and garlic herb mixture into the slices of the bread.
  5. Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
  6. Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
