A delicious and cheesy pull-apart bread infused with garlic and herbs, perfect for sharing.
Ingredients

- 1 loaf of bread
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.
- Slice the loaf of bread into sections without cutting all the way through.
- Stuff the mozzarella cheese and garlic herb mixture into the slices of the bread.
- Wrap the bread in aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, then unwrap and bake for an additional 5-10 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm.
Notes
- For extra flavor, add red pepper flakes to the garlic herb mixture.
- Use a crusty bread for the best texture.
- This bread is best served fresh out of the oven.
