Ingredients

- 12 large mushrooms
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix together feta cheese, garlic, parsley, breadcrumbs, olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each mushroom cap with the cheese mixture.
- Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!

- For a gluten-free option, use gluten-free breadcrumbs.
- Feel free to add other herbs like thyme or basil for extra flavor.
