Description
A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta Skillet that combines tender steak with pasta in a rich garlic butter sauce.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 lb steak, cut into strips
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
- Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
- Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet; toss to combine.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
- For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
- Leftovers can be stored in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
