Description

A delicious and easy-to-make Garlic Butter Steak & Pasta Skillet that combines tender steak with pasta in a rich garlic butter sauce.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 lb steak, cut into strips
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions; drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the steak strips and season with salt and pepper; cook until browned.
  4. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add the remaining butter and minced garlic; sauté until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the beef broth and bring to a simmer.
  7. Add the cooked pasta and steak back into the skillet; toss to combine.
  8. Stir in the chopped parsley and adjust seasoning if necessary.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a spicier kick, add red pepper flakes.
  • Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or shrimp.
