Ingredients

  • 2 packs of ramen noodles
  • 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 green onions, chopped
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced chicken.
  3. Season the chicken with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  5. Pour in the heavy cream, soy sauce, sriracha, and red pepper flakes, stirring to combine.
  6. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until it thickens slightly.
  7. Add the cooked ramen noodles to the skillet and toss to coat in the creamy sauce.
  8. Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the level of spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
  • For a vegetarian option, substitute chicken with tofu.
