Ingredients

  • 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup of pepperoni slices
  • 1/4 cup of pizza sauce
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  3. Spread the pizza sauce evenly over the dough.
  4. Sprinkle the mozzarella cheese and pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Roll the dough tightly from one end to the other.
  6. Slice the rolled dough into 1-inch thick pieces.
