- 1 box red velvet cake mix
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- Hershey’s chocolate kisses
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
- Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
- Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll them in powdered sugar.
- Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set.
- Immediately press a Hershey’s chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
- Allow to cool before serving.
Notes
- For a festive touch, add sprinkles to the dough before baking.
- Store cookies in an airtight container for up to a week.
- These cookies can be frozen for up to 3 months.
