Description

Delicious and easy-to-make red velvet cookies topped with a Hershey’s chocolate kiss.


Ingredients

  • 1 box red velvet cake mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • Hershey’s chocolate kisses

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix the red velvet cake mix, vegetable oil, and eggs until well combined.
  3. Chill the dough in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
  4. Roll the dough into 1-inch balls and then roll them in powdered sugar.
  5. Place the balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the edges are set.
  7. Immediately press a Hershey’s chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie after removing from the oven.
  8. Allow to cool before serving.

  • For a festive touch, add sprinkles to the dough before baking.
