Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Cream the butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
  4. Beat in the eggs and vanilla extract until well combined.
  5. Gradually add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  7. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Press colored candies into the center of each cookie.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
