  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup salted caramel sauce
  • Sea salt for sprinkling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth.
  3. Add the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  6. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  7. Using a cookie scoop, drop dough onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  8. Make a small indentation in the center of each cookie and fill it with salted caramel sauce.
  9. Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set.
  10. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with sea salt.
  11. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
