- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease your loaf pan.
- Mash the bananas in a large bowl until silky smooth.
- Combine wet ingredients: mix in melted butter, then add sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract; whisk until blended.
- Add the sour cream to the mixture for creaminess.
- Mix dry ingredients: in another bowl, blend flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine the dry ingredients with the banana mix, stirring gently to avoid overmixing.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan, smoothing the top.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
