Ingredients

- 2 pounds of steak, cut into cubes
- 4 large potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of beef broth
- 1 cup of shredded cheese
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large crockpot, layer the diced potatoes and chopped onion at the bottom.
- Add the cubed steak on top of the potatoes and onions.
- Pour the beef broth over the steak and vegetables.
- Sprinkle garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper over the mixture.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until the steak and potatoes are tender.
- In the last 30 minutes of cooking, add the shredded cheese and sour cream, stirring gently to combine.
- Serve hot and enjoy your loaded steak and potato bake!
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños or chili powder.
- Feel free to substitute the steak with chicken or pork if desired.
