Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
  • 1 cup frozen peas
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken breasts in the CrockPot.
  2. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  3. Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
  5. Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
  6. Add the heavy cream and tortellini to the CrockPot.
  7. Stir in the frozen peas.
  8. Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through.
  9. Serve warm and enjoy!
