- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1 package (9 ounces) cheese tortellini
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the CrockPot.
- Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
- Add garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or high for 3-4 hours.
- Once the chicken is cooked, shred it with two forks.
- Add the heavy cream and tortellini to the CrockPot.
- Stir in the frozen peas.
- Cover and cook on high for an additional 30 minutes, or until the tortellini is cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
