  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
  3. Set up a breading station with flour, beaten eggs, and a mixture of breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese.
  4. Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip in eggs, and coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  5. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  6. Once the butter is melted and bubbling, add the breaded chicken breasts and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Transfer the chicken to a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until cooked through.
  8. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  9. Stir in chopped parsley and pour the garlic butter sauce over the baked chicken before serving.
