Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small corn tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded lettuce
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/4 cup sour cream

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until crispy and cooked through.
  4. Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
  5. Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
