Ingredients

- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tbsp chipotle sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 1/4 cup sour cream
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix honey, chipotle sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Add diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the marinated chicken until crispy and cooked through.
- Warm the corn tortillas in a separate pan.
- Assemble the tacos by placing the chicken on the tortillas and topping with lettuce, tomatoes, cheese, and sour cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
Notes
- For extra crunch, fry the tortillas in a little oil before assembling.
- Adjust the amount of chipotle sauce based on your spice preference.
