Ingredients

- 1 pound of fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- 1 cup of sour cream
- 1 tablespoon of ranch seasoning mix
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.
- In a bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- In a third bowl, place the breadcrumbs.
- Dip each mushroom in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the mushrooms in batches until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix sour cream with ranch seasoning to make the dip.
- Serve the crispy mushrooms hot with the Cool Ranch Dip.
