Delicious crescent rolls filled with creamy chicken salad, perfect for spring gatherings and holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: Lettuce leaves for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the shredded chicken, chopped celery, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
  3. Prepare the crescent dough by laying the triangles flat on a clean work surface.
  4. Fill each triangle with a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture at the wide end.
  5. Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and pinch to seal the edges.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm, optionally on a bed of lettuce.

Notes

You can prepare the chicken salad a day in advance for better flavor. Use an air fryer for a quicker cooking time.
