- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 cup celery, chopped
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Lettuce leaves for serving
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the shredded chicken, chopped celery, mayonnaise, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until well blended.
- Prepare the crescent dough by laying the triangles flat on a clean work surface.
- Fill each triangle with a spoonful of the chicken salad mixture at the wide end.
- Roll each triangle starting from the wide end and pinch to seal the edges.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve warm, optionally on a bed of lettuce.
Notes
You can prepare the chicken salad a day in advance for better flavor. Use an air fryer for a quicker cooking time.
