- 8 oz cream cheese
- 6 oz crab meat
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 package wonton wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
- Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
- Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or a pouch.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the filled wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
Notes
- Serve with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce for dipping.
- Ensure the oil is hot enough to prevent the bombs from absorbing too much oil.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
