Description

Crispy Crab Rangoon Bombs are a delightful snack filled with creamy crab and cheese, wrapped in a crispy shell.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 6 oz crab meat
  • 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix cream cheese, crab meat, green onions, garlic powder, and Worcestershire sauce until well combined.
  2. Place a small spoonful of the mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  3. Moisten the edges of the wrapper with water and fold to seal, forming a triangle or a pouch.
  4. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
  5. Fry the filled wontons in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Remove and drain on paper towels before serving.
