- 1 head of cauliflower, cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup of breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup of grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Olive oil spray
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Place the coated florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Spray the florets lightly with olive oil spray.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
