Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine the cottage cheese and eggs in a mixing bowl. If using Italian seasoning, sprinkle it in now.
- Mix until thoroughly combined, forming a smooth batter.
- Spread the mixture onto a parchment-lined baking sheet, forming a round crust about ½ inch thick.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and the edges are crispy.
- Remove from the oven and add your favorite pizza toppings.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes or until toppings are melted.
