Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, chopped spinach, feta cheese, breadcrumbs, onion, egg, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into small loaves and place them on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the meatloaves are cooked through.
