Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  3. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted.
  4. Combine the sautéed spinach with the cheese mixture.
  5. Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy spinach and feta mixture on top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
