Ingredients

- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cups fresh spinach
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, feta cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the spinach until wilted.
- Combine the sautéed spinach with the cheese mixture.
- Place the chicken breasts in a baking dish and spread the creamy spinach and feta mixture on top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
- Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

- Serve with a side of rice or a fresh salad.
- Can substitute chicken breasts with thighs if preferred.
