Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent.
- Add the diced chicken and cook until browned.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and stir in the heavy cream and cooked pierogi.
- Season with rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes, allowing flavors to meld.
- Serve hot, topped with crumbled bacon.
