- 8 slices cooked turkey bacon, chopped
- 4 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella
- ½ cup shredded cheddar
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- ½ cup shredded cheddar (for topping)
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Steam the broccoli florets until tender, about 3-4 minutes, then drain well.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked chicken, broccoli, chopped turkey bacon, and minced garlic.
- Add the mozzarella, cheddar, and ranch dressing to the mixture. Stir gently to combine.
- Spread the creamy mixture evenly in the greased baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining cheddar and mozzarella over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until hot, bubbly, and golden brown on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before serving.
