Instructions
- Cook the pasta: In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- Brown the beef: In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Add the minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
