  • 1 package (16 oz) gnocchi
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add diced chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, sauté until onion is translucent.
  4. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a simmer.
  5. Stir in heavy cream and gnocchi, cooking until gnocchi is tender.
  6. Add spinach and Italian seasoning, cooking until spinach is wilted.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!
