- 1 cup cream of mushroom soup

- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large pot, bring water to a boil and blanch the broccoli florets for 2-3 minutes until bright green.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the blanched broccoli to the mixture and stir until well coated.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- In a separate bowl, mix the breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese, then sprinkle over the broccoli mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden brown on top.
