- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup broccoli florets, steamed and chopped
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the softened cream cheese, chopped broccoli, shredded cheddar, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl until well combined.
- Slice a pocket into each chicken breast, careful not to go all the way through.
- Stuff each pocket with the creamy stuffing mixture, pressing gently to keep the filling inside.
- Place the stuffed chicken breasts in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper if desired.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cooked through and no pink remains.
- Let the stuffed chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing.
Notes
Prep ahead by chopping broccoli in advance and softening the cream cheese. This dish can also be prepped the night before and stored in the fridge.
