- 1 cup cranberry sauce
- 1 cup apple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Season the turkey breast with salt and pepper.
- In a saucepan, combine cranberry sauce, apple juice, brown sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush with the cranberry apple glaze.
- Roast the turkey in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, basting every 30 minutes with the glaze.
- Check the internal temperature; it should reach 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.

- For a richer flavor, marinate the turkey breast overnight with the glaze.
