Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon lime zest
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
  2. Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
  3. Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
  4. Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
  5. To serve, pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
