- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon lime zest
- 1/2 cup shredded coconut
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, coconut milk, honey (or maple syrup), lime juice, and lime zest. Mix until smooth.
- Fold in the shredded coconut until evenly distributed.
- Pour the mixture into silicone molds or an ice cube tray.
- Freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To serve, pop the frozen yogurt bites out of the molds and enjoy!
Notes
- For a dairy-free version, use coconut yogurt instead of Greek yogurt.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey/maple syrup according to your taste.
- These bites can be stored in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks.
