A delicious and flavorful turkey breast recipe infused with citrus herbs and a sweet lemon and orange glaze.

- 1 turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 lemons, zested and juiced
- 1 orange, zested and juiced
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, thyme, parsley, lemon zest, orange zest, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Rub the herb mixture all over the turkey breast.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan.
- In a separate bowl, combine lemon juice, orange juice, and honey to create the glaze.
- Brush the glaze over the turkey breast.
- Roast in the preheated oven for about 1.5 to 2 hours, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Baste the turkey with the glaze every 30 minutes.
- Let the turkey rest for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the turkey overnight.
- Serve with your favorite side dishes.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
