- 1 cup cinnamon sugar filling
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
- Cream together softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until smooth and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla until fully incorporated.
- Gradually mix in the dry ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Take a tablespoon of dough, flatten it, and place a spoonful of the cinnamon sugar filling in the center.
- Wrap the dough around the filling and roll it into a ball.
- Place cookie balls on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before indulging.
Notes
To avoid overbaking, they may look slightly underdone when out of the oven but will continue to set as they cool.
