Description

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe avocado, pitted and chopped
  • 2 cups vegetable broth
  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
