- 1 turkey breast (about 4–5 pounds)
- 1 cup cherry preserves
- 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon rosemary
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
- Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the turkey.
- Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
- Remove the foil and baste the turkey with the glaze every 20 minutes for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For extra flavor, marinate the turkey in the glaze overnight.
- Serve with roasted vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
