Ingredients

  • 1 cup cherry preserves
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix cherry preserves, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary.
  3. Place the turkey breast in a roasting pan and brush the glaze generously over the turkey.
  4. Cover the turkey with foil and roast for 1.5 hours.
  5. Remove the foil and baste the turkey with the glaze every 20 minutes for an additional 30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  6. Let the turkey rest for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
