Ingredients

  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1 package refrigerated pizza dough
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix the shredded chicken with buffalo sauce, cream cheese, and half of the mozzarella cheese.
  3. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
  4. Place a spoonful of the buffalo chicken mixture on each strip and sprinkle with green onions.
  5. Fold the dough over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Place the breadsticks on a baking sheet and sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with ranch dressing for dipping.
