- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/4 cup diced jalapeños (fresh or pickled)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise until smooth.
- Add in the crumbled bacon, diced jalapeños, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
- Serve warm with tortilla chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
Notes
- For extra heat, use more jalapeños or add some hot sauce.
- This dip can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator before baking.
- Feel free to substitute the cheddar cheese with your favorite cheese.
