  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture.
