- 1 lb ground chicken
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup ranch dressing
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, cheddar cheese, ranch dressing, breadcrumbs, green onions, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- Grease a muffin tin and fill each cup with the meat mixture.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- These muffins can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
- They can also be frozen for up to 2 months.
- Feel free to add your favorite vegetables to the mixture.
