- 1 package of refrigerated biscuit dough
- 2 large onions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup brie cheese, cut into small pieces
- 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and add the sliced onions.
- Cook the onions, stirring occasionally, until they are caramelized, about 15-20 minutes.
- Season with salt, pepper, and thyme, then remove from heat.
- Open the biscuit dough and separate it into individual biscuits.
- Flatten each biscuit and place a piece of brie and a spoonful of caramelized onions in the center.
- Fold the biscuit over the filling and pinch to seal.
- Arrange the filled biscuits in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
